Rates and Information

  • $475 weekly rate includes cleaning fee.
  • $90 per night;4 night minimum.
  • $1,600 monthly rate. (discount for extended stay)
  • $150 refundable security deposit due within 7 days of reservation. (Security deposit will be refunded 7 to 10 days after your departure)

    To receive a full refund (minus $10.00 handling fee) you must cancel by mail or email 30 days prior to your reservation start date.

  • Complete payment of $475 should be received 30 days prior to arrival.

    Check out time: 10:00 am
